{"id":12437,"date":"2019-10-18T13:04:42","date_gmt":"2019-10-18T11:04:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.zdravi-grad-porec.hr\/?page_id=12437"},"modified":"2019-10-18T16:08:35","modified_gmt":"2019-10-18T14:08:35","slug":"healthy-city-project-of-porec-today","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/test.zdravi-grad-porec.hr\/en\/about-us\/healthy-city-project-of-porec-today\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cHealthy city\u201d project of Pore\u010d today\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\" id=\"wpb-content-root\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Key people in Pore\u010d\u2019s project invested years of work into defining the procedures of working for health in Pore\u010d by inquiring about the citizens\u2019 needs and formulating those into strategic documents about health as a reflection of the health management in the community.<\/p>\n<p>Today the Healthy City of Pore\u010d project has a couple of equally important planned courses of action:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>information center for citizens\u2019 requests;<\/li>\n<li>idea incubator (a place where ideas are accepted, produced, recognized, developed for the City of Pore\u010d up to the level of local implementation, and sometimes even the institutionalization of programs directed towards the health of citizens);<\/li>\n<li>realization of local programs for aid and support to the citizens, preventive and social actions that increase the quality of life and improve the health in the city;<\/li>\n<li>strategic health planning in the shape written documents that are used to plan the long-term interventions of the City of Pore\u010d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Healthy City project of Pore\u010d has\u00a0a significant\u00a0position in the city of Pore\u010d today:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is recognized by municipal authorities as a project that gives a politically responsible management of health and gives to Pore\u010d the prospect \u2013 healthy city<\/li>\n<li>It is recognized by the citizens as an opportunity to satisfy specific needs in the community in which it\u2019s available and effective (activate participation and commitment opportunities in the project, opportunity to receive help and support when necessary, participation in humanitarian actions, participation in education on the various topics about healthy topics\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Motivates the project partners inside the community and develops the environment for the open, quality and motivating communication and provides support to the professionals, citizens, municipal authorities, associations, institutions, municipal initiatives and to all participants active in the social life and prosperity of the city, especially in the segment of health promotion;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With the\u00a0Healthy City project, the City of Pore\u010d has become a\u00a0socially sensitive community and has recognized its own citizens as a resource in the relation\u00a0of which it creates conditions for better social security\u00a0and\u00a0the quality of life in a global context.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Key people in Pore\u010d\u2019s project invested years of work into defining the procedures of working for health in Pore\u010d by inquiring about the citizens\u2019 needs and formulating those into strategic documents about health as a reflection of the health management in the community.
